Functional and deco interior design installations. Stairs are steel, wood, acrylic, copper...Welded and bonded materials. Some finishes are sanded and/or left natural, and some are polished. Some surfaces are embellished with abalone, faux and natural. The grotto in the background is concrete, with real stone in situ at the bottom with a frame supporting the upper installation, mortar and sand. The waterfall cascade is hand-formed and stretched with heated lexan. Concrete surfaces are hand-painted to include vegetation. Rocks in the water are gold-leafed. Logs are stained and varnished.
